Errata

  • p. 6: In Table 0.1 we shade out and deem impossible the combination ordinal measurability and full comparability. 

    That box should not be shaded. This combination is possible, for it amounts to ordinal measurability and level comparability. The table should appear as follows:

  • p. 45: It says "Even if one is leaning slightly towards T1, it seems morally reckless to choose B when A is almost as good on T2's terms and much better on T1's terms." It should read “Even if one is leaning slightly towards T1, it seems morally reckless to choose A when B is almost as good on T2's terms and much better on T1's terms.”
